| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After only 2 uses, my graco snugride infant seat's handle became stuck and i could not move it. the red handle release on one side seemed to pop out of the trackand therefore would not release. the company sent me a replacement seat. i used the replacement for about 2 months, and this seat did the same thing. i contacted the company again, returned the seat and am awaiting a refund. because i had 2 seats do the same thing i am wondering if there are any other seats doing the same thing as well. **information below is incorrect. the model number is 8647cap (this selection was not an option below and manufacture date 020905. this is the second seat i was sent. i do not have the model number of the first seat which i purchased in november 2004. |
