Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer owns a 2004 325i bmw. he stated that two of the tires on the right side had bubbles the size of a golf ball. the dealer said that the tires were not covered under warranty. the car was taken to continental tires and was told that they must have ran over pot holes. the consumer stated that he lived in california and there were very few pot holes. he contacted customer service and they told him that if the dealer said that it was from pot holes then it probably was. consumer felt they were taking sides with the dealer. the customer service gave him another address and a file number #97429. this is the file number he was suppose to give to the continental tire company. he also contacted consumer affairs and they told him to contact nhtsa and he filed a complaint with them also because they weren't happy with what the dealer and the tire company had told him because the vehicle was unsafe. *tt *eh
