Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Front and rear seatbelts lock so tight sometimes that the only way for relief is to unbuckle them and re-fasten while driving! all four retractors are not working properly. once the seat belt is un-fastened, the seat belt does not completely retract back in. this leaves the seat belt dangling after use and potentially too loose for next passenger.
