Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Parking brake did not hold. 1 rotor was bad and parking brake shoes were bad. even after repair, parking brake goes all the way to floor. i believe brake shoes were defective when vehicle was purchased. this is poor engineering on gm's part. i think i should be reimbursed fully for repairs on parking brake. since there was a service bulletin to dealers, i think the customer should have been advised. this was very unsafe. we had to pay $439.47 for something that should not have happened. this was on 2001 gmc yukon. |
