Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Rain water leaking in underneath dash into passenger floor board somehow shorting out the airbag system. have heard of other impalas having same problem. has been a continuos problem since a couple months after purchase from dealer. asked dealer about this problem and they want to charge lots of money to "leak test" it but denied any kind of factory defect or design flaw. have searched internet and found quite a few other poeple with same car having similar problems. havent had money to correct problem.
