| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Wiper arm broke, leaving me in a downpour with no wipers. i was towed to service, but no dealer in three states had the part. all dealers and the regional office said that the part had been on backorder and was in demand, leading us to believe that the manufacturer was aware that there was a problem and was not acting to fix it. regional parts supervisor confirmed this. after a day's search, we found a used part (at higher cost) 100 miles away. |
