| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: evenflo model # 1273p1, the arm on the carrier unlocked while the consumer was carrying her child. the child was not hurt. this has not happened before. the lock seems weak when closing. and pushing the arm forward it gives way to easily. consumer has tightened the screws on the side, but was afraid to use this seat. can still tell that the lock isn't closing correctly. *ak |
