| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Apc headlights 40.3622hl are unsafe and can't be adjusted to be used safely on the road. they are built so that the high and low beams two seprate lights in the same housing cannot be adjusted independently. the low beam for the drivers side points toward the right shoulder of the road when adjusted so the high beam is pointing left of the center line. the light pattern these lights put out is inadequate for safe nighttime driving. |
