| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On britax companion the harness strap fell through seat (was off hook on backside of seat) while removing child from car seat during normal use. additional issues include the buckle not staying closed. three times i have gone to remove my child from the seat and found that one side of the buckle is out. now when closing i have to check even if there is a click by tugging on seatbelt to see if buckle will come undone because it is often not secure. |
