| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Excessive lower ball joint wear i recently had the upper ball joint replaced through a recall with dodge. during the states annual inspection the lower ball joint showed excessive wear and failed the state inspection. the truck only has 62,000 miles on it and nearly all on paved roads. the condition that supposedly caused the recall for the upper ball joint is the same found in the lower ball joint. additionally, there is no grease fitting to allow for grease to be added as necessary. |
