| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: graco model # 7320uvb, when stopped driving noticed child safety seat was unsafe. the head of the child was pushed aside by the child safety seat as the child was strapped inside. there was no neck or head support. thought the child may have been injured by this. luckily child was only dazed. consumer was concerned due to the fact there was no support at all. was adamant that the child safety seat was properly installed by hospital staff to ensure safety. *ak |
