Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: during operation of vehicle at highway speed at approximately 65 mph the power windows acted erratically, and subsequently dropped into the door. drivers side window was open. took to vehicle a mechanic, where consumer was told that both motors were faulty/corroded, and poorly designed. they needed to be replaced. both motors were replaced for over $500.00 this was a fairly new vehicle. owner felt this should not had happened. owner was concerned that this occurred at high speed. no problems with windows since motors were replaced. *ak *tt *nm |
