| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Drivers-side outside rear view mirror shakes excessively, rendering it useless. dealer replaced the mirror, but stated the problem was most likely with the aftermarket bug shield on the hood. after replacement the mirror still shook. i removed the bug shield, which took care of the problem. dealer stated that a gm bug shield was designed not to cause the disturbance that causes the mirror to shake. |
