Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: New 2005 chevy trailblazer. the selt belt is built into the seat itself. when putting on the seat belt, it crosses over my neck and across the throat. twice the seat belt has locked when over the neck and throat about choked me. the dealer, the service manager all agree that this is a safety issue, as the seat belt laying over my neck could in an accident break it. called gm does not have any resoltion to the issue or offered any options. the dealer is trying to work this out and not getting any help from gm. both the dealer and myself are getting the run around on this. due to the safety issue with the seat belt i am concerned about driving the car. i am not sure what to do, gm or chevy is not taking the dealer or myself that this is a serious safety issue. been going on for over 3 weeks, without help. no one wants to take responsibility or provide help. |
