| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2005 toyota tacoma pickup has severe paint chipping problems on the rocker panels, lower doors, and front of the bedsides. toyota is denying responsibility. they want to do a paint repair which will depreciate the value of my truck instead of giving me a new truck which is the only way to properly correct the problem. unless they were to strip my truck down to bare metal and repaint from scratch, there is no other way to do it properly. |
