| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Right front tire has viberation and slapping noise. abnormal wear on outside. 1st time--cnd. 2nd time--cnd. 3rd time--rotated tires. 4th time balanced tires. dealer said i was making too many long trips, driving on curvy roads. recommended rotation every 3k miles. after three visits for the same problem, dealer rotated tires sending the problem tire to the rear of the car. on the 4th visit i insisted they remove the wheel and check for balance. the tire was out of balance. balanced tires and fixed the viberation, but the slapping noise is still there. i now have to fight the tire company, which in most cases, the company wins. jh |
