| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Transmission locked almost causing vehicle behind to rear-end me. previously submitted report on this to nhtsa, but would like to enter acura's response. acura performed one of the transmission recalls, but refused to perform the other transmission recall due to the fact that my auto was previously salvaged, but at the time, now had a clean title. vehicles less than 10 years old from the first date of purchase should be honored whether or not all warranties have been voided, especially if it is dangerous. since they honored one recall, they should also honor the other. |
