| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I work for a rv dealership where one of the technicians improperly installs 5th wheel hitchs he uses only one bolt per mounting bracket that ataches to the frame of the truck, i called the manufacturer of the hitch and they told myself that it is mandatory that all eight bolts go throgh the brackets into the truck frame. he throws the other four bolts away. these hitchs are only half installed and i feel there an accident waiting to happen! theres probably five dozen or more of these trucks on the road. what can i do to get these truck recalled. please advise. the manufacturer of the hitch is rbw industries. |
