| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Brake failure when applying brakes at slow speed over irregular( bumpy) surface. the abs activates, the brake pedal goes almost to the floor and the vehicle does not stop within a safe distance.the vehicle was returned to the dealer and they cleaned the mounting surface for the abs sensors. this was after two failures. the dealer wanted to charge me until i explained this is a design safety flaw and they agreed to collect from general motors. the brakes have failed in this same manner two (2) more times exactly as described above. |
