| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2005 toyota scion developing a potential seat problem. *mr the consumer experienced the same problem with two different vehicles. both were purchased at the same dealer. in both cases the vehicles would roll backwards. the second vehicle was the consumer's mother's vehicle in which the vehicle had rolled backward after the parking brake was applied and struck the garage door opener (this occurred twice and caused significant body damage). the consumer noticed with her own vehicle that with the parking brake fully applied, the vehicle would still roll backwards, if not placed in park. the second incident with the consumers vehicle occurred when placed in neutral, the vehicle rolled backwards as if the brakes weren't applied. *sc *jb |
