Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: In 1999 jeep grand cherokee, brakes get a heavy pulsation due to apparently warped rotors. dealer resurfaced, turned rotors on three previous occasions, but problem returns about 8-10,000 miles later probably due to use of same faulty parts. car now has 103k miles and dealer won't try to fix again. when stopping, car shakes at an unsafe level.
