Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the owner received a child seat from the county of oceana, michigan. the county had the seat installed. all of a sudden the child seat would not come off the base. evenflow was notified by the county, and refused to refund or replace the seat. when pulling the lever to release the seat it will not come apart. there is a yellow lever that tightens the base of the child seat to the car. went the owner tried to remove the base the yellow lever fell on to the ground. the owner went and bought a new child seat. this has been ongoing with evenflow for 3 months.
