Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the wiring harness rubbed the chassis which resulted in the wires melting and exposing them which almost caused a fire. smoke came from under the instrument panel from the fuse box area. the vehicle was taken to the dealership and fixed. the rear wiper didn't work because of the problem. *jb the dealer stated there was a major short in the wiring harness on the drivers side in two different locations. *jb
