| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: there is a recall on this vehicle by huyndai however due to the vin number this car is not included. the problem is there is an esp (stability control) which activates one of the wheels and causes the vehicle to swerve in the direction of the braking. in this case, the vehicle locked up and the consumer nearly lost control while driving about 40 mph and the right front wheel and brake locked up. in this incident, these occurred about 3 times. *jb |
