Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We have the britax wizard car seat and have contacted britax about this problem. it's been 2 weeks and still no response. (i called back today and was told that the issue was being researched.) our 18 mos old has figured out how to easily loosen the straps on the carseat. i spent much time teaching him not to do it, and for almost 2 weeks, he has not loosened the straps. today, he did it again. and this was after i had secured the velcroed flap (that covers the loosening device) into place with safety pins. he apparently was able to shake the safety pins off. i have no idea what to do at this point aside from buy another carseat. however, i think other consumers should be aware of this issue.
