| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1. nothing 2. the fan belt on our 2000 grand caravan has needed to be replaced minimum of seven times in the past two and half years 3. our mechanic has fixed the problem, without charging for his labour, all seven times. he has been in contact with chrysler. after the first couple of fan belt problems, they sent him a kit that repairs fan belts. we still have the problem. chrysler denies any faulty mechanics on their part. we have the past three faulty fan belts. |
