| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Towing a 2000 skyline layton model 250 lt at 45 mph on an asphalt highway, air temperature approximately 65 f, the right rear trailer tire tread separated at the inside and outside sidewalls and fell off. the tire was presumed new when the trailer was purchased on 21feb00. the tire failed after 6897 miles. it was a goodyear marathon radial trailer st205/75r15 and was always checked for the proper 50 psi cold, and not overloaded. |
