| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have a 2001 dodge ram truck. the hood blew open on the freeway, completely damaging the windshield. further it was an extreme danger to ourselves on other vehicles on the road. a recall has been issued for 1994 - 1999 dodge ram hoods opening. chrysler will not do anything about this manufacturer defect on the 2001. this is my second notice to you. please advise of receipt of complaint and follow up |
