| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When i attemtped to turn on the high beams on my 1997 honda accord, the drivers side would not turn on. i went to an auto parts store to replace the bulb, but the bulb had not burned out. after investigating, i have determined that the problem lies within the electrical system and is not from a blown fuse. the passenger side high beam works fine. |
