Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Almost every time i drive the van, the accelerator has at least once incident when it is non-responsive. i have to hit the accelerator with my foot hard to get the car to move. if the car does respond then we accelerate rapidly. sometimes it takes more than one depression on the accelerator to get action. if a car is coming toward me i cannot rapidly avoid an accident. i cannot depend on the car to perform. this is a definite hazzard which needs to be addressed by the manufacturer. this is a 1999 mercury villager van. |
