| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My f-350 pickup does not have a label on the driver door so i have no way of knowing the proper tire inflation for the vehical. the tires are rated for up to 80 psi, but both the tire and vehical manuals state that it should be based on the label on the drivers door. ford says they can not provide that information to me because they don't have it- although apperantly a dealer could get it. driving a truck that could require 75 psi in the tires with only 30 psi could result in a failure at highway speeds, but the ford rep i spoke to just kept saying they couldn't help me. |
