| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1) had trunk of car open to load suitcases 2) brisk wind came up and slammed the trunk lid down with extreme force. a child or adult could be injured if leaning into the trunk or if fingers are in the opening. when closing the trunk lid, i have noticed that it just drops shut with its own weight, after it is moved beyond a quarter of its full movement. i have a spoiler on my trunk lid which may contribute to this problem. 3) nothing done to correct |
