| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 1999 chrsyler concorde that has just over 40,000 miles when the engine just died. turns out that sludge build up is the problem but the engine is ruined???? i have religiously maintained the vehicle according the the manual. then i found that this a known problem with this 2.7l engine. why hasn't chrysler stepped up to inform their customers of this problem and worst yet why haven't the local dealers been informing the local customers about this problem?? i am furious and will not buy another product from chrsyler, ever. i was seriously considering the new 300m becuase i love the car but no way will i purchase one now after babying this car for the last 6 years. i am heading back to the honda dealer tomoorw to buy a new honda accord. my son ss drivng my 1990 honda acoord i owned before trying an "american" made car again with 131,000 miles on it and never one problem. never again.....no chyrsler products in my furure....ever! is there any recourse??????? thanks you for your support. |
