Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: 2004 bmw r1200cl motorcycle, the frame is bending because of the weight pressure on the side stand, metal of frame of vehicle is too weak, causing the frame to bend and twist, consumer took the vehicle to the dealer to be repaired, and dealer replaced the frame, the problem recurred. the dealer was replacing the second frame. vehicle was still under warranty, the service technicians informed the consumer that there was a possibility that the frame metal could have been tempered incorrectly, the heavy weight of the vehicle caused the consumer to have muscle strain, this did not cause permanent injury or a visit to the doctor. consumer noticed that there were many other consumers with the same complaint online concerning the vehicle. *ak |
