| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: consumer's wife was driving and tried to exit vehicle and she was locked inside and could not get out. she tried escaping using both driver's side and passenger side doors. she then tried to physically roll down windows and open door from outside, but to no avail. also tried using remote door locks option, as well as manually doing so. unable to get out of vehicle consumer's wife drove home, had husband came outside and tried to open doors without success. consumer had to get key and manually try to open doors, still would not open. consumer's wife had to crawl out of the window. the vehicle is currently at dealership for repairs. no explanation as of yet as to why this occurred. *ak *nm |
