| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I had my vehicle at the dealership last year and they recommended that i have the upper ball joints replaced. thinking they were just trying to get more money out of me, i did not have the work done. i then heard about the recall of the 2000--- and thought mine should be included. it wasn't and i did not get a sufficient answer from chrysler as to why it wasn't. i wanted data which i found here on this site. before taking my small children on a vacation in the truck, i am having the parts replaced by a private mechanic, whom i trust. |
