| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My five year old son was getting into our van and walking toward the rear row of seats when he ran into the seatbelt that crosses over from the rear side window and was entangled. the seatbelt was so tightly wrapped around him that it would not move in either direction so that i could get him out. the only way that i could get him out was by cutting the seatbelt. we have had similar incindents when getting in and out of our van and going to the rear row of seats. |
