| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2004 toyota corrolla seems to be steering improperly. upon turning the steering wheel to a straight position the whole car seems to swerve and become almost uncontrollable. i have just barely avoided serveral accidents and in wet condtions the problem is worse. i replaced the tires and had them check the alignment on the vehicle and it still continues to be an issue. i took the car to my dealer and was advised that they could not replicate the problem but have had at least four other persons drive the vehicle and they all have commented on the steering/control problem even passengers in the vehicle notice the problem as you can feel it while driving or riding in the vehicle. my dealer also states they did not see any broken or loose parts that would cause the control problem. |
