| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: caller stated that this was a clock spring recall repair. when dealer repaired the clock spring the steering wheel was not centered but was at the 10 o'clock position. the dealer left the steering wheel scratched, greasy and with black lines and marks on it. it took the dealer three hours to conplete the repairs although the recall letter stated it would only take 45 minutes. dealer could not find the recall letter that caller gave them.*ak |
