| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns a 2002 dodge durango. the contact states that while driving the vehicle the brakes on the drivers side caught on fire. the vehicle has not been taken to the dealer. the brake pads melted to the rotor and the calipers on the drivers side were replaced. the brakes and the rotors were replaced about two months prior to this and six months before that they were replaced. the total amounts of times the brakes has been replaced 5-6 times and that is changing the rotors more than twice. *nm |
