| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: on the child safety seat there are shoulder strap slots that have locks that lock the straps in place however they do not lock at all times. this is intermittent, this happens more often than not. this occurs when the child is placed in the seat and the child is locked in the way the straps ease out of the lock position and become loose on the infant. the strap that locks between the legs is fine however this occurs on the strap that goes over the shoulders and back of car seat and through the car seat. the lock continues to come loose. no repairs have been made however this srap is constantly monitored by consumer who is worried by this condition. *nm *note: cosco juvenile,model # unknown however this number is on the seat several times;gb4359-5392. date of manufacture 11-25-03. this is an infant carrier with base stroller combo. *nm |
