| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: it is a forward facing child safety seat or can also be a rear facing infant seat manufactured by doral juvenile group, make of eddie bauer, and model no. 22-720-hml, build date is 10-25-04, po1c015114. when consumer was trying to place her child in the forward facing position the child seat arm rest/bar came off the child seat. this occurred on july 9,2005. the consumer contacted the doral juvenile group they told her that it was probably just some clips that had came lose. they told the consumer that they would send her some replacement clips. while filing safety complaint the consumer noticed that it is actually the part that goes into the clips that has split. *nm |
