| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns an evenflo child safety seat. the model number is 5881472an1. the date of manufacture is 12feb04. underneath there are three plastics pieces that are suppose to be hooks one has broken off and one is beginning to break off. there is also another one in the front and it is breaking off as well. when the consumer put the child seat in the base the child seat became stuck and sometimes it would not latch in the base. now the child safety seat is to the point where it will not even snap into the base. *nm |
