Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When the rear windows of my 2005 toyota sienna are rolled down the door will not stay open, it is especially bad if you are parked on a hill. if the window is rolled up, then the door stays open "catches" it is most apparent on my manual door although the power door does the same thing except the motor precludes it from shutting itself. i find this very dangerous especially around my two year olds. when i went to the dealer, they were surprised that the door wouldn't stay open and then proceeded to tell me it was a safety feature so you don't leave your windows open!!!! i laughed out loud. so, that's my complaint. it seems they all do it. the ce and le w/package 1- manual doors are the worst of course. |
