| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am a child safety seat technician and had a problem with a britax seat that i was attempting to install. i was attempting to install a britax roundabout seat in a 1999 ford windstar mini-van. the locking mechanism on the seat would not tighten allowing the seat to shift from side to side. because the seatbelts are emergency locking only, the seat would become very loose. |
