| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the accelerator became stuck on the consumers 2004 mustang svt cobra while driving at a low speed. when the consumer applied the brakes and tried placing the vehicle in neutral, the throttle was wide open and the engine revved up. the consumer simply turned off the engine and pulled over. the consumer had to manually lift the accelerator pedal after stopping the vehicle. the consumer did not take the vehicle to the dealer, he is waiting to see what ford is going to do about this. the has contacted the ford manufacturer who said the consumer needed to make appointment with the dealership but denied there was even an issue. *jb |
