Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2002 ford mustang v6 with manual transmission. engine increases rpms even when foot is off the accelerator pedal. this happens in gear and between shifts. even though vehicle is under warranty, ford refuses to fix the problem. they say that this is "a normal vehicle characteristic and no further repairs should be performed". the problem is consistent and worsening. i think this is dangerous and ford should resolve the problem.
