| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: dt: contact states vehicles holds water after a heavy rainstorm because the drain holes underneath the car get clogged up easily. the first time the car contained approximately 4 inches of water, the service dealer did unclog the drain holes. the second time the car contained approximately 8 inches of water, because the consumer was in the hospital he could not have the vehicle taken to the service dealer. the carpet had to be taken out of the vehicle because of the odor where the water had set for the time the consumer was in the hospital. the consumer did contact the manufacturer and they stated the complaint was not on their website so it was not considered a legitimate complaint. *ak |
