Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer stated that intake manifold gasket was leaking. this occurred since february 2005. the vehicle has been checked at dealership and a repair shop. both places said that there was a coolant leak in the engine. consumer has not fixed the problem yet. was waiting to see if gm was going to issue a recall. consumer contacted the dealership and manufacturer. the manufacturer said that there was still an open recall on those vehicles. consumer did not have a recall number, and system was not showing a recall on the engine. the representative from gm told the consumer about the recall. the recall was on a coolant in the engine that may leak. gm was the one who told the consumer that he was not included in the recall.*ak *tt
