Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 1998 plymouth breeze recall repairs to the ignition.*mr when the consumer drove the vehicle 12 miles after having the recall repairs done, the vehicle shut off completely. it started smoking from under the hood and all the gear indicators illuminated. after the vehicle was towed back to the dealer, the consumer was told a possible fuel pump was the problem but they were not sure. the consumer had the vehicle towed to another dealer and it was discovered the fuel was not problem. there were some wires that had been sprayed and were sticking together, the wires melted and caused further problems. *jb
